		<description>I wonder why we assume English is parenthetical. The term sounds like it is a chip on the shoulder. Maybe it is, maybe someone actually sat and figured how how the langauges will work and made one to encapsulate ideas in words and others decided that is not the function of language, at least their language. But I suspect the creation was more gradual and evolutionary. Sorry, missed the second comment completely. Am too dumb, please explain.</description>
