<p>&#8216;Does your qualification, of being India&#8217;s most experienced chief minister, now stand dwarfed in front of your son&#8217;s business acumen?&#8217;</p>
<p>It is a bit long, bear with us. India Punjab is now a small state, its problems have very long histories.</p>
